Get Involved

The PTO board, volunteers, and school staff meet the second Tuesday of every month at 6:30 in the school cafeteria. Anyone is welcome to join the meetings! If you're not able to join our regular meetings, but you'd like to get an email with the notes from each meeting, you can sign up to be on our mailing list. Our annual fundraising event, Walk for Weiser, is coming up on October 17! We are looking for volunteers to be at each of the stations along the walk. Each volunteer will be assigned a shift. During their shift, volunteers will help guide each class of kids through the station and send them on to the next station. There will be a sign up sheet coming out soon with shifts and a schedule of when each class will be walking. If you'd like to be on the list to get the sign up sheet, send us a message on our contact page. 

We are looking for a volunteer who can help us create social media posts for our Facebook account. We also need help with creating flyers for events throughout the year. If you'd like to help, send us a message via our contact page.

This year, the school would like to bring back homeroom parents! A homeroom parent would work closely with their child's teacher to help plan special events, help on special activity days, help decorate the room, etc. It may depend on the teacher.

We are looking for more volunteers who could attend our meetings most months and help organize and plan events. We will have more details as each event comes up. For example, in December, there will be a "Cookies with Santa" event for CWE families. We will need volunteers at the event, and we could also use volunteers to help us plan and organize snacks and a craft for kids. If you like to help plan events, we can use your help!
